New Feature Release: BOGOS AI

We’re excited to announce the release of our AI assistant. It is developed to make your work faster, easier, and more efficient by giving you knowledge of BOGOS features, as well as helping you create promotions in just a few steps.

You can access BOGOS AI anytime by clicking its icon on the left side of your BOGOS dashboard.

What BOGOS AI can do

1. Ask question

Use BOGOS AI as your personal guide to explore BOGOS. Whether you’re new to the app or need quick answers about a specific feature, this option helps you get unblocked quickly.

Current capabilities:

• Provides the latest guidelines based on official BOGOS docs and training data.
• Summarizes complex steps into easy-to-follow instructions.
• Suggests best practices to help you increase AOV effectively.

2. Create offer

With BOGOS AI, creating a promotion is fast. In the Create offer feature, describe the promotion you want to set up. It will transform your input into a ready-to-use offer by auto-filling all the required fields.

Current capabilities:

• Generates offers directly from your natural-language description.
• Auto-fills key fields (like title, conditions, and gift products) to save you time.
• Lets you preview and edit before publishing.

1. Is BOGOS AI included in the free plan?

No. it is only available on Paid plans.

2. Can I save my chat history with BOGOS AI after closing the chat box?

Not yet. Currently, chat history is not saved once you close the chat.

3. Will BOGOS let me edit an offer before finalizing it?

Yes. After generating your offer, it will take you to the Edit Offer screen, where you can review all conditions and make adjustments before publishing.

4. If BOGOS AI can’t answer, what happens next?

It will show you a direct button to contact our Support Team for further assistance.
